About Silkscreen:
Silkscreen is a decorating technique in which the ink is transferred through a screen to the plastic tube surface or bottle surface.
The silkscreen printing machine can print up to 6 PMS colors, or CMYK color, but the Pantone number will deliver the most accurate visual for customers.
Each color is applied separately using a different screen. Silk screening can produce and print more solid color and raised print which gives packaging a high end and elegant look. When you touch the silkscreen, you can feel it, that's the most obvious difference from the offset printing.
