Description for the Laminated ABL Tube Packaging:
This laminated ABL tube is used for Vitamin E hand cream packaging tube in 30mm diameter. The length of this tube is 110mm with the weight of 50gm matching a white glossy octagonal cap. The tube is open end with silver foil seal. We can also make white color seal over the tube orifice if you need.
You may wonder how we produce the laminated ABL tube. The manufacturing process of a finished laminated tube is simple than the PE plastic tubes. The first step is to make the laminating, which can be done in the next four steps -- blow film, laminating, slitting and printing. Once the printed laminated part are finished, then move to the second process and ready for tubing, shouldering and head injection. Then a laminated tube has been finished. Then we will move to the last steps for punching, foil sealing and screw cap. If the customer need end sealed tubes, we will make the tube hold, and then seal the end of the tube, the caps and tubes will be packed separately.
